How It Works

The Paradise platform features the latest technological advances from Phonak; their PRISM processing chip and their fourth generation operating system.

The Phonak Audeo Paradise’s fourth generation operating system, AutoSense OS 4.0, offers speech enhancement, motion sensors and dynamic noise cancellation assisted by Artificial Intelligence.

PRISM (Processing Real-Time Intelligent Sound Management). PRISM is their sound processing chip which has around double the memory of the previous Phonak chip. PRISM provides users with increased comfort, a greater dynamic range and requires less brain effort to listen, a common issue with hearing aid users.

The Paradise also uses a ‘Tap Feature’ which alongside the motion sensors make phone calls on the move easier.  The ‘Tap Feature’ allows the user to answer or reject calls, and pause or resume audio streaming, via Siri, Alexa or Google Assistant by simply double tapping on the outer ear.

Another advance from the Paradise is that it can connect with upto 8 Bluetooth devices to access and switch between whilst allowing two connections to be active at the same time as one another.

All of the Paradise Audéo hearing aids feature Roger technology, designed by Phonak to stream directly to Paradise hearing aids. Roger technology continuously measures and analyses noise levels to keep the signal clear over background noise.

The Phonak Paradise is available in four performance levels ranging from a premium level to an essential level, offering you more options based on your needs.

Accessories

The Phonak Paradise comes with a built-in connectivity to Bluetooth devices and does not need any additional equipment to connect to your Android or iPhone device.

To connect to your television you would need to use a Phonak TV Connector which would allow you to stream the sound from your TV directly to your Hearing Aids.
With its Air Stream technology it delivers top rated sound quality streaming from any TV and audio system.  The Connector can also simultaneously stream audio signals up to 15 meters to an unlimited amount of connected hearing aids.  It has a simple plug and play interface to TV’s and audio sources with Bluetooth.

Remote Control featuring three large buttons for simple handling and maximum convenience.  The Remote controls volume and Hearing Aid Programme changes.

The myPhonak App  enables you to adjust your hearing aids from your smartphone if it supports Bluetooth.  It also gives you a low Battery notification so you don’t have to worry about an unexpected disruption to your hearing.

Roger microphones have been developed to reduce background noise and transmit the speaker’s voice directly to hearing aids or cochlear implant sound processor.
