The Starkey Livio Edge AI 2400 is the premium performance level of the Livio Edge range, running off of their Thrive platform.
The AI features include; Body Tracking, Brain Tracking, Fall Alert, Thrive Assistant, Translate, Transcribe, Self Check, Auto On/Off, Reminders, Tap Control.
24 channels and sound optimisation for better sound quality.

Rechargeable

The Starkey Livio Edge is available as a rechargeable Hearing Aid. This includes the CIC, the first rechargeable custom Hearing Aid. A single charge can provide up to 24 hours worth of wear.

The rechargeable versions are available for £150 extra per Hearing Aid.

The Starkey Livio Edge Hearing Aid from Starkey, showcases their ‘Edge Mode’ which instantly conducts and AI-based analysis of the listening environment. Promising to help you hear clear speech comfortably with sound clarity and seamless channel transitions based on the soundscape. Based on this information the LIvio Edge can then make immediate adjustments in the Hearing Aids channels to tailor your experience.

The Livio Edge comes with an array of intelligent features such as;
With added Geo-tagging you can tag your most common environments like home or coffee shop to give you an automatic transition for the soundscape you experience.
The Thrive Assistant can answer questions such as what the weather forecast is.
Translation features that allow you to communicate easier with people who speak different languages.
Transcribing to save or share conversations.
The ability to stop or start audio streaming with a double tap of your ear.
The Find My Hearing Aids feature that will ensure you can locate misplaced Aids.
and Reminders of your personal schedule.

A really great feature of these Hearing Aids are all the ways in which they monitor and provide information on your health. Using Body Tracking to monitor your daily steps, movement and physical activity, Brain Tracking to track active listening and provide an insight into your brain health and Fall Detection Alerts. The Thrive Care and Thrive App work together to provide information to an allocated caregiver or family member, offering them the chance to view and monitor your health and wellness and receive a message if your Aids do detect you have fallen.

The Starkey Livio Edge AI’s Thrive Assistant allows the user to control the Volume, Mute, Memory changes and Reminders via voice commands and also the Thrive Hearing Control app.

The Starkey Livio Edge is compatible with a multitude of accessories to give you even more from your Hearing Aids.

The Starkey TV adapter allows you to stream sound directly from your TV to your Hearing Aids.

CHOOSING YOUR HEARING AIDS
We offer free impartial advice on which Aids will best suit your hearing loss if you provide us with a recent audiogram.

PURCHASING YOUR HEARING AIDS
We will liaise with you fully whilst you choose the best Hearing Aids to suit your needs. Once payment has been received we will programme them to your latest audiogram for no extra charge prior to shipping them to your home address. Please note that we prefer to only programme aids if the audiogram is no older than three months. Aids can also be sent without being programmed and can be set up by your own audiologist. We offer a 60 day return period with a 20% restocking fee, should you for any reason not be happy with your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

AFTER AND REMOTE CARE
If you have purchased Hearing Aids which have remote access and they have been programmed by us prior to shipping then we do have the facility to support you by making changes remotely to your program settings.

We do advise and ask you to confirm that you have made arrangements with an audiologist local to you for any service care that may be required.

Remote Care

The Starkey Thrive Hearing app allows for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.
