Bernafon’s Alpha features the industries first Hybrid Technology. Joining two processing approaches into one hybrid system. The benefot of this is that the two technologies work to offer you the best perfomance in more listening environments than ever before.
The Hybrid features include Noise Management, Sound Processing, Balancing and Feedback Cancellation.
The new chip inside the Alpha is their best yet, with 16 times nore processing power and eight times the memory of their previous models.
The Alpha is made for iPhone, iPad and modern Android devices as well as letting you stream from numerous audio devices offering more connectivity for its users.
The perfect choice for people who are looking for hearing aids that are easy to use in a multitude of soundscapes, even noisier ones, whilst providing a high level of listening comfort.
The Bernafon Alpha range enters the market with three different levels, all coming with similar technology. They show different levels of support based on your needs. Here is what to expect from the top performance level.
Accessories
SoundClip-A – The all-rounder for hands-free phone conversations from iPhone® and modern smartphones. It improves communication at a distance and in very noisy environments. You can also use it to change volume and pick up phone calls.
TV-A – This TV box streams the sound from the TV directly to Viron hearing instruments in Dolby Digital Stereo sound quality.
RC-A – The RC-A remote control communicates with Viron hearing instruments using wireless technology and allows for discreet volume and program changes.
EasyControl-A app for mobile phone. The app can be used to regulate volume, change program settings, monitor your battery level and use the helpful “Find my hearing instrument” function.
EasyControl Connect app which allows Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.

CHOOSING YOUR HEARING AIDS
We offer free impartial advice on which Aids will best suit your hearing loss if you provide us with a recent audiogram.
PURCHASING YOUR HEARING AIDS
We will liaise with you fully whilst you choose the best Hearing Aids to suit your needs. Once payment has been received we will programme them to your latest audiogram for no extra charge prior to shipping them to your home address. Please note that we prefer to only programme aids if the audiogram is no older than three months. Aids can also be sent without being programmed and can be set up by your own audiologist. We offer a 60 day return period with a 20% restocking fee, should you for any reason not be happy with your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
AFTER AND REMOTE CARE
If you have purchased Hearing Aids which have remote access and they have been programmed by us prior to shipping then we do have the facility to support you by making changes remotely to your program settings.
We do advise and ask you to confirm that you have made arrangements with an audiologist local to you for any service care that may be required.
Remote Care
The Bernafon EasyControl Connect app allows for Remote Care. This enables us to programme the Hearing Aid from anywhere in the world by way of a virtual appointment.
